Warwick Diagnostic Imaging

I was very pleased last week when I was struggling to get an xray at the opposition and I was put on a waiting list. I was told to go to the hospital and I spoke to a lovely lady Shellsy and she got me straight in for my xrays and the staff were very professional.

Disgusting service and beside manner. After discussing that this was my 6th pregnancy with 2 living children and that my husband and I were both a little nervous. We got ZERO input as to this is your left over, this is your right ovary, this is your cervix, baby is sitting good in your uterus, didn’t even get to listen to the baby’s heartbeat, something you wait and hold your breathe for. THEN, upon calling to ask where the images were not the report, I was told I would have them in 7-10 days, so that I don’t play “Doctor Google”. Absolutely disgusted in the 3 ultrasounds I have had at this joint. You have the power to make someone’s day and get involved in their happiness. I don’t necessarily need a comment on the pregnancy and if it’s viable but man it would have been good to hear my baby’s heartbeat in case I don’t get that opportunity again. Would love my images as online it says images available after 24hrs and reports in 7-10 days. It’s been over 24hrs since my scan. Also it would be great with a FIFO husband that if something was wrong that it would be addressed and my health be pushed as a priority, as it’s not the first time the healthcare system has let me down in this regard. I will not be returning and I would recommend QLD X-Rays to anyone who has a choice.

Convenient location. Friendly efficient staff and very fast service. Thank you staff and Warwick Hospital. You have always treated me well and helped in so many instances. Would love to be with my (wife)not partner so wife we are happly married to be there for support like other people do but would love the chief executive to see this as my wife has a lot of anxiety issues and needs me but will be send all relevant info to the Queensland health minister thxs for not supporting my wife and i all ct people at warwick are disgusting nasty talk operators if they don't like there job don't do it if you can go else were please go else were that's my advice verry rude
